Enhancements to make the Goldrush experience better!

We’re always looking for ways to enhance the Rafflebox experience, for both our charitable partners and their supporters. In our latest tech update, we implemented a new feature that will save both parties some time!

When you are on your favourite charity’s Goldrush* page, you might notice a new button: “Goldrush Player Check.” This new feature has two benefits:

1. The button allows online Goldrush customers the ability to check their own player status. This makes it easy for players to know exactly how many weeks they have paid for in the draw

2. The feature gives time back to draw administrators, who were previously checking individual player statuses manually


Enter your player ID number and the email or phone number associated with your account, then click “Check Status.” With this check, you will find out how many draws you are paid up to and how many tickets were purchased for each draw.

This new tech update makes it quicker and easier for supporters to know exactly when they are paid up to — and when it’s time for them to grab their next set of tickets!
