Upgrades to the “Winner and Prizes” tab 📈
We’re committed to iterative innovation at Rafflebox, which means it’s our goal to continuously improve your experience of running a raffle on our platform.
When we receive feedback from our customers, we take a look at suggestions seriously to see if there are ways we can incorporate the feedback to make the Rafflebox experience better. Without our partner’s feedback, upgrades wouldn’t be nearly as effective, and we appreciate the time our customers take to provide their feedback on their experience.
In our latest tech release, the former “Winners” tab received a promotion. Now referred to as the “Winners and Prizes” tab, this upgrade offers further functionality to the charity when building out their raffle and ensures the winning ticket number is displayed on our website after the raffle has closed.
This upgrade better helps streamline and simplify the tracking process for organizations. An organization can display as many prizes as they wish, and once the winner is chosen using our certified RNG, it intuitively displays the winning ticket number directly on the raffle page.
